No Dressing Up & Booties

Some dog owners that I met, ever ask me these questions: What dress does your dog wears? Why not buy a shirt for your dog? Booties will be good to keep your dog's paws clean and good?

I do not mind giving my boy a simple dog dress if there is really a need to, maybe to prevent him from getting cold in the air conditioned bedroom during hand stripping. I DO mind putting him in a dress or even a simple t-shirt, as I always feel that he is already wearing his jacket with the trademark texture and color banding. What is more attractive then his healthy, well maintained jacket!

I hate the idea of wearing booties, as they made the dog loses his/her natural grip & feel on the ground. No matter how well these booties are made of, how close fitting they are, they do not match up to the dog's paws. It is the responsibilies of dog owners to clean the dog up after walks, training and outings. I disagree to the idea of wearing booties, so that owner get a clean paws and no need to wash their legs.

For those $$ to be spend on the above, I rather spend on my dog's diet or his toys. Collar & leash is purely owner's preference and I do like nice collar, leash or showleash.
