Ben's 1st Show

22/10/2006, SKC 154th/155th Championship Dog Show. This is 1st time Ben is taking part in the conformation ring. I got abit excited, didn't know how and when I fell asleep but I woke up at 630am. With Mr Jason Ngiam's help, we transport myself, Ben, grooming table, portable crate and a bag full of needed items. We were slightly late, but was early then Kelvin.
Found the spot and the whole group move in and there we are.. Ben's grooming table. Managed to walk Ben in the hall to get him use to the new environment. He was happy and I feel please. He is 6 1/2 month old, I still take note of his mental development and did what I can to make him feel secure, comfortable and happy. Here .. he is waiting for the show grooming.

Melvin was busy as he handles a few dogs. He is a nice guy and what is doing now.. he is checking out Ben and getting a feel of Ben. I know Ben likes him but I wish he love him.. haha

Oh.. Ben catch up with his Sister, Dietmar of Grammy Kennel. Look at the 2.. are they chatting to each other??

Okie.. no more.. time to get ready.. Melvin helps out in the show grooming.. powder bath.. making the column like furnishing even more promising and stays in the shape.

This is the exciting part... the judge examined Ben twice! And given him a Reserve Challenge Certificate. Well done Ben! That's my good boy!
