I can Cook.. So can You..
Ha.. it has being a long time since I last cooked for doggie. Passby NTUC during lunch time and feel that is about time to start cooking again. Bought some vegetables and some meat:
Potato, Carrot, Broccoli, Pumpkin, Dory Fish, Lamb (legs) and Minced Chicken Meat.
Chop chop chop... and here is the vegetables.. so colourful rite?
I prefer to minced the lamb meat myself as I can remove the fats, took about less then 15mins to get it done. Dory Fish checked for bone.
Both vegetables are placed on seperate stainless steel plates for cooking (steam and drained). The lamb meat and fish will take awhile to cook and they do drained out lot of water and some oil. Choose not to mess up the vege with the water and oil from lamb at this stage of cooking. Both plates are drained dry and mix together and here is the serving. Wow.. smell so nice and my boy is right at the gate waiting. Sorry.. got to cool down the food 1st..
A closer look...
Before serving, I add 2 scope of NUPRO, 1 teaspoon of ACV, 1 teaspoon of oil (flaxseed oil or salmon oil or cod liver oil). Depending on the nutrition value of the meal, I may add supplement to balance up the meal such as Vit C (Calcium Ascorbate), Vit B Complex or Digestive Enzymes.

But.. look at his wet beard. Clean it up then... wash beard time!

For list of nutrition value, this web site seems useful. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Main_Page and also this http://www.nutritiondata.com/index.html . Thanks to Steven who shared this with me. Ben certainly love his home cooked meal. haa.. still looking for more even the bowl is empty.
