End of 1st Show

The next SKC dog show's date is tentively 04/02/2007.
Grooming:
This is the longest break till the next show. Already spoken to groomer on hand stripping dates for the next show. I will performing the handstripping myself this round with my groomer's guidance. Part of learning and also understand more about my dog. Hmmm.. I will also highlight to the groomer on the beard.. The right side is not balance.. seems to be trimmed off during the previous show grooming. Will look better (IMO if right side is balance out). I got 4 months to grow Ben's beard.. I hope to see a nicer beard.
Structure:
Ben's topline is horrible, but based on breeder's & some other owner's opinions, most of the puppies of the same bloodline will rebounce back to normal when they mature. I trust them and I will continue with the daily walks and exercises.
Diet:
Maybe considering a rotation for Ben to try out Solid Gold - Barking At The Moon, as I am trying to increse the daily walk distance and the speed. Note - I am not pushing him but encouraging Ben to walk happily.

I got feedback about Ben from the judges in the ring and some from show friends. I will take note of them during grooming and handling.
